Sa structure ternaire \u00e9voque le chiffre trois et la Trimurti indienne.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>La forme g\u00e9om\u00e9trique<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2026 Soit trois angles ou triangle :\u00a0le corps tout entier dessine des\u00a0 triangles. Les jambes par rapport au sol et au buste, les bras par\u00a0 rapport aux jambes.<br \/> Angles, coins et directions.<strong>Le mot sanscrit \u00ab Kona \u00bb<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019origine du fran\u00e7ais \u00ab <strong>coin<\/strong> \u00bb, signifie angle ou encore points cardinaux, directions. Quelles sont donc ces trois directions que la posture nous invite \u00e0 explorer ?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Le chiffre trois et les dieux<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab\u00a0Tri\u00a0\u00bb nous renvoie \u00e0 la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Trim%C5%ABrti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Trimurthi<\/a>\u00a0:\u00a0Brahma\u00a0le cr\u00e9ateur,\u00a0 Vi\u1e63\u1e47u\u00a0qui perp\u00e9tue et prot\u00e8ge l\u2019univers, et Siva, qui d\u00e9truit pour\u00a0 amener le renouveau.\u00a0Ces trois d\u00e9it\u00e9s sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 les trois facettes d\u2019une r\u00e9alit\u00e9\u00a0 unique, et il serait d\u00e9plac\u00e9 d\u2019opposer polyth\u00e9isme et monoth\u00e9isme.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Le chiffre trois et les trois <\/strong><strong>Gu\u1e47a<\/strong> <\/h5>\n<p>Ces trois aspects se retrouvent dans les\u00a0trigu\u1e47a\u00a0:<br \/> &#8211;<strong>Rajas<\/strong>\/actif.<br \/> &#8211;<strong>Sattva<\/strong>\/\u00e9quilibr\u00e9, lumineux, pur.<br \/> &#8211;<strong>Tamas,<\/strong> signe d\u2019inertie.<br \/> L\u2019\u00e9valuation de ces trois qualit\u00e9s entre en compte dans le diagnostic d\u2019un m\u00e9decin ayurv\u00e9dique (\u00a0Ayurv\u00e9da\u00a0: m\u00e9decine traditionnelle de l\u2019Inde ) :<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Les trois\u00a0Gu\u1e47a\u00a0et le son Aum.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Om%CC%90\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aum\u00a0ou\u00a0Om\u0310<\/a>\u00a0est en fait une progression de trois sons diff\u00e9rents, trois phon\u00e8mes sanskrits\u00a0A,\u00a0U\u00a0et\u00a0M.<br \/> &#8211; A\u00a0repr\u00e9sente le dieu cr\u00e9ateur\u00a0<strong>Brahma<\/strong>, le commencement, la naissance.<br \/> &#8211; U\u00a0\u00e9voque le dieu\u00a0<strong>Vi\u1e63\u1e47u<\/strong>, la pr\u00e9servation, la continuation.<br \/> &#8211;\u00a0M\u00a0repr\u00e9sente <strong>Siva<\/strong>\u00a0le destructeur, la fin ( vers un renouveau ), la mort.<br \/> Aum nous ram\u00e8ne donc \u00e0 la\u00a0Trim\u016brthi\u00a0\u00e9voqu\u00e9e plus haut.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Les\u00a0 Guna\u00a0et les postures de Yoga.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>De m\u00eame dans une posture il y a trois temps bien distincts :<br \/> 1\/ Prendre, rentrer\u00a0dans la posture, avec le souci des ajustements et l\u2019\u00e9nergie que cela implique. C\u2019est une phase\u00a0active.<br \/> 2\/ Vivre la posture, respirer, s\u2019observer plut\u00f4t que \u00ab faire \u00bb. C\u2019est une phase plus\u00a0m\u00e9ditative.<br \/> 3\/ Revenir, sortir\u00a0de la posture. Phase de\u00a0transition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les\u00a0 Guna\u00a0et le zodiaque<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notre zodiaque est rythm\u00e9 par la combinaison de ces trois qualit\u00e9s (\u00a0cardinal\/Rajas,\u00a0fixe\/Sattva,\u00a0mutable\/Tamas\u00a0) altern\u00e9es avec les quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments.
