Cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment (eau,terre,etc.) est en relation avec l\u2019un des principaux chakras.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Certaines postures (Asana) seront naturellement typ\u00e9s, color\u00e9s ( les \u00e9tirements vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re \u00abaugmentent\u00bb le feu), mais la pratique d\u2019une m\u00eame posture ( par exemple Utthita Trikonasana ) peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de tel ou tel \u00e9l\u00e9ment : Terre, Eau, Feu&#8230;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cinq_\u00e9l\u00e9ments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Les 5 \u00e9l\u00e9ments<\/strong><\/a>, ou P\u0101nc\u0101mah\u0101bh\u016bta\u1e25, sont en relation avec notre existence terrestre, manifest\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLa terre ou P\u1e5bthvi, Le feu ou Tejas. L\u2019eau ou \u0100p. L\u2019air ou V\u0101yu.<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00c9ther, Quintessence, Espace ou \u0100k\u0101sa.<\/p>\n<div><strong>Semblable mais diff\u00e9rent<\/strong><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont la marque du changement auquel est soumise toute chose existant dans notre sph\u00e8re de manifestation. Prenez un b\u00e2ton, laissez le dehors pendant la nuit. Le lendemain, ce sera le m\u00eame b\u00e2ton, mais il sera n\u00e9anmoins diff\u00e9rent : il sera plus humide et plus lourd. Laissez le \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, et l\u2019air le s\u00e8chera, le rendant plus sec et plus l\u00e9ger. Manifestation et changement vont de pair. Le yogi aspire \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 ( voir Samasthiti\/Tadasana ), \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9tablir hors de l\u2019action et du changement, \u00e0 s\u2019affranchir des P\u0101nc\u0101mah\u0101bh\u016bta\u1e25. Cette voie passe par <strong>Akasa \/<\/strong>\u0100k\u0101sa.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Quintessence.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Akasa, l\u2019\u00c9ther ou Cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9l\u00e9ment se retrouve partout, jusque dans le plomb le plus dense. Il est plus en relation avec l\u2019\u00e9tat de non manifestation.
